Pearson (PSON.L), opens new tab, and Alphabet (GOOGL.O) have partnered for a number of years. The British education company announced on Thursday that its Google Cloud service will give students access to AI learning resources that also make teaching easier.
The partnership will concentrate on developing individualized learning resources for elementary and secondary school pupils that are driven by Google’s cutting-edge artificial intelligence algorithms.
According to a statement from the corporations, the tools will adjust to the needs and pace of each student while also assisting teachers in monitoring student progress and customizing their teachings.
According to Omar Abbosh, CEO of Pearson, artificial intelligence (AI) has the potential to transform education by substituting individualized learning paths for traditional teaching approaches.
As part of its attempts to provide more digital education tools and personalize learning, Pearson has also announced multi-year AI-focused collaborations with Amazon (AMZN.O) and Microsoft (MSFT.O), opening new tab cloud computing capabilities.
