The social media behemoth Meta Platforms (META.O) and renewable energy provider Invenergy announced Thursday that they had inked four agreements to provide an additional 791 megawatts (MW) of wind and solar electricity to run data centers.

This is the most recent in a series of agreements made by Meta to use clean energy to meet the growing power demand of its data centers for artificial intelligence technologies.

Invenergy, a Chicago-based company, and Meta signed four contracts for 760 MW of solar electricity last year. According to Invenergy, the agreements reached on Thursday increase the businesses’ overall relationship to 1,800 MW.

In addition to soliciting bids from nuclear power producers, Meta has already announced agreements with a number of sizable solar projects and a geothermal company.

According to the energy firm, Meta will get the clean energy credits linked to the additional generation capacity coming online, while Invenergy will provide the local grid with electricity from its solar and wind projects in Texas, Arkansas, and Ohio.
